This is a really simple marinade with a deep flavor base - wonderful for when you need something quick to throw on the grill. The leftover chicken can be used for salad or sandwiches.

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 green chilli, minced
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken to form the marinade. Add the chicken, and let it marinate for about 20 - 30 minutes.
Heat a grill to medium. Grill the chicken pieces for about 10-15 minutes a side, till juices run clear. Serve hot.
